We offer gluten-free pasta imported directly from Italy. Also, in addition to our gluten-free baking we manufacture for both Paleo and Keto industry. The manufacturing facility is located in Farmers Branch (Dallas), Texas. We specialize in supplying our products to Chefs / Restaurants, Industrial, Private Label Co-Packing, Universities and Schools, Hotels / Sports Venues, Hospitals.

We specialize in supplying our products to the restaurant industry, gluten-free industrial manufacturers, and gluten free wholesale distributors. A large part of our business is co-packing for other gluten-free manufacturers. We also supply gluten-free bread', pastas, and sweets directly to grocery stores under our brand and private label. Local Oven’s facility is certified Kosher / Parve.
