Warming Instructions: Product should remain frozen until ready to eat. Take desired portion out of freezer ONLY when ready.
THAWING - REMOVE FROM PLASTIC PACKAGING
Thawing can be executed in one (1) of two (2) ways:
1. Microwave Oven (DO NOT COOK - JUST REMOVE CHILL) - BEST PRACTICE
2. Wrapped in foil and placed in an oven, salamander or on a grill (do not do this for Bread Crumbs, Croutons, Special Blend Flour #1, Brownies, Cookies or Biscotti)
PREPARING - YOU MAY REMOVE FROM PLASTIC PACKAGE
Baguettes, Flat Breads and Pita Pockets: Heat in the oven for 5 – 10 minutes until the exterior is toasty and the inside is soft and warm. This "2nd bake" gives the interior a soft warm texture and a crunchy crust to the exterior. For Pita Pockets split open and "stuff". For Pita Chips - split it in half, cut into triangles, brush with oil and season to taste. Can be baked or fried. Flat Bread can also be used for a pizza crust – top it and enjoy.
