Croutons are packaged in 12 oz. Shelf product is stable for 6 months. If frozen, product has a 12 month shelf life. No preservatives

Warming Instructions:

Thawing: If frozen, may thaw at room temperature for 5 minutes. Manufacturer recommends storing and serving as a shelf stable product.
