Breadcrumb are shelf stable and ready to use. This product has a six (6) month shelf life. No preservatives.
Special Flour Blend #1 and Breadcrumb: Place Flour in separate bowl, followed by separate bowl for an Egg and separate bowl for Bread Crumbs. Take food item and coat first in Flour, then Egg wash, then Bread Crumbs. Make sure to press Bread Crumbs onto food item. Then place food item into fryer or fry pan. (NOTE: Bread Crumbs can be added to meat loaf, meat balls, crab cakes etc. Flour can be used to coat onion rings, calamari, etc.)
