Baguettes are individually package, vacuum sealed and have a 12 month frozen shelf life. No preservatives.

Warming Instructions:

Product should remain frozen until ready to eat. Take desired portion out of freezer ONLY when ready.
THAWING - REMOVE FROM PLASTIC PACKAGING. 

1. Room temperature (45 minutes to an hour)

2. Microwave Oven (30-45 seconds)

3. Wrapped in foil and placed in an oven, salamander or on a grill.

4. Heat in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes until the exterior is crunchy and the inside is soft and warm. This "2^nd bake" gives the interior a soft warm texture and a crunchy crust to the exterior.
