Warming Instructions: Product should remain frozen until ready to eat. Take desired portion out of freezer ONLY when ready.
THAWING - REMOVE FROM PLASTIC PACKAGING
Thawing can be executed in one (1) of two (2) ways:
1. Microwave Oven (DO NOT COOK - JUST REMOVE CHILL) - BEST PRACTICE
2. Wrapped in foil and placed in an oven, salamander or on a grill (do not do this for Bread Crumbs, Croutons, Special Blend Flour #1, Brownies, Cookies or Biscotti)
PREPARING - YOU MAY REMOVE FROM PLASTIC PACKAGE
Pizza Dough – Thaw from freezer for 3-4 hours - make sure dough is completely soft and stretchable. Rub oil of choice on pan. Use provided Local Oven flour and dust your hands, Place dough in center and stretch to edges. Top with desired toppings and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or desired browning. Great for Calzones and Pretzels.
Pizza Crusts: Remove from freezer,. Top crusts with desired sauce and toppings. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or desired browing.
